Ingredients:

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk. Add sugar, melted butter, salt, and eggs. Mix well.
  2. Gradually add flour until a soft dough forms. Knead for 5-7 minutes on a floured surface.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until it doubles in size, about 1 hour.
  4. Roll out dough into a rectangle. Spread softened butter, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Roll up the dough tightly, cut into 12 slices, and place them in a greased baking dish.
  6. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Bake rolls for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Drizzle over warm rolls.
