  • 2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 bread bowls

Instructions:

  1. In a slow cooker, combine beef stew meat, onion, carrots, potatoes, beef broth, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook on low for 4 hours until beef is tender and vegetables are cooked through.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the tops off the bread bowls and hollow out the center.
  4. Fill each bread bowl with the beef stew mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the bread is crispy and the stew is hot.
