Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices of cheddar cheese, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 12 dill pickle slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into 12 small patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip them over.
  4. Place half a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cook for another 3-4 minutes, until the cheese melts and the patties are done.
  5. While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the slider buns by spreading butter on the inside and placing them on the grill or pan for about 1-2 minutes.
  6. Spread ketchup and mustard on the bottom half of each bun, place a patty on top, add a slice of dill pickle, then top with the other half of the bun.
