Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider rolls
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into small meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Bake meatballs for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  4. While meatballs are baking, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Cut slider rolls in half and brush the garlic butter mixture on each half.
  5. Place a meatball on the bottom half of each roll, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese. Cover with the top half of the roll.
  6. Bake sliders for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
