  • 8 lasagna sheets
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook the lasagna sheets according to package instructions, then lay them flat on a clean surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of the cheese mixture onto each lasagna sheet, then roll them up.
  5. Place the roll-ups in the greased baking dish, spoon marinara sauce over the top, and sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
