Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- Oil for frying
- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, cut into chunks
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp water
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch, flour, and egg to make a batter. Dip chicken pieces in the batter.
